Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only authentic but also beautiful, providing a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the most friendly receptionist and staff who were very pleasant, accommodating, and extremely helpful. The location was incredible, just a 1-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar and other lively attractions. The dining experience was nice but a bit expensive; however, with so many fabulous dining options around Istanbul, we preferred eating out. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town, making it convenient for exploring all the iconic sights. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, although a bit tight on space for luggage. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The location is superb, within walking distance of all major attractions. The dining experience, while lacking some choices, offered sufficient options. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, providing a comfortable stay with great value for money.
My stay was an absolute delight! The hotel's location is outstanding, close to all the sites with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The cozy rooms were spotlessly clean but a bit cramped for luggage. Although the dining options were a bit lacking, the overall experience was fantastic.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and exceptional, although slightly more cramped than the images show. The service was the perfect extension of a beautiful hotel, with the staff going over and beyond to assist. The location was outstanding in Istanbul, close to all the sites but still quiet and upscale. The dining experience was delicious with sufficient choices, although a bit expensive. The facilities were top-notch and added to the overall great experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the rooms were nice and cozy, but on the other hand, dealing with a situation of potential scam and fighting for a refund was very unpleasant. The rooftop bar, however, offered some enjoyable moments.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were very small and unfortunately had some bathroom problems, which was quite a letdown. On the bright side, the service was helpful and very pleasant, with a crew that was passionate about assisting guests. The location was excellent for exploring the old part of the city, although catching taxis proved to be a bit challenging. The dining experience was a bit expensive, taking quite a while to prepare meals, but the beef dishes were enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, offering a mix of experiences.
